Scope : 9 FTE, all procurement activities and management of main projects, public tendering.

2007 : 8 months - Purchase & Logistics Manager (AVIATION) - EPCOR BV.
Scope : 7 FTE, all procurement activities and management, contract management.
Achievements : Transition to 100% KLM, re-organisation of supply chain and warehouse.
2006 : 11 months - Logistics Support Manager (AVIATION) - Heli-One, in Macae, Brazil.
Scope : 5 FTE, procurement & warehousing, all material management / supply chain. Re-organisation of complete supply chain, procurement, logistics and warehouse procedures.
Achievements : Integration lead into the global support organisation. Set up of new reporting systems with KPI’s. Perpetual stock check system (5500 line items).

2003 - 2005 : Logistics Manager (AVIATION) - Aero Contractors of Nigeria Ltd, Lagos / Port Harcourt, Nigeria, www.acn.aero
Scope :
- 8 FTE, accountable for 2 logistics groups in Nigeria and 1 group in Holland. Control and supervision of all logistics activities for 17 helicopters and 10 airplanes.
- Daily supervision of complete materials process. Cost optimization projects in procurement, transport and administration. Transport company selection. Warranty program execution.
Achievements :
- Supervision & execution on site of 8 months project in Port Harcourt to move and set up of new warehouse, including monitoring processes & procedures, re-arrangement of staff.
2001 - 2003 : Purchasing Manager (OIL & GAS) – OPW-Fluid Transfer Group BV Nieuw Vennep, Liquid handling, tank truck equipment, loading arms, www.opw-ftg.nl
Scope :
- 2 FTE, material & supplier management, budget control, strategic sourcing, preferred key supplier evaluation & selection, international frame work contract negotiations with suppliers, supplier auditing, warranty management, reporting to managing director, member management team.
Achievements :
- Set up of supplier claim warranty program and preferred supplier program.

Scope :
- Management of materials requirements ; sourcing, suppliers selection (& evaluation), (complex) contract negotiations, purchasing. MRO handling, tear down report analysis.
- Inventory and budget control of components. Planning and control of consumables.
- Monitoring and control of contract ordering, expediting & reminding.
- Organisation and control of supply chain process from Manufacturer to final destination.
- Warranty handling.
Achievements :
- Set up and executing call off contracts & frame work contracts & key supply contracts, standardisation of multiple operation used materials, preferred suppliers selection system.

- 1 FTE, contract management with customer & suppliers. Physical goods inspections. All air- & sea logistics. Handling Letter of Credits. All invoicing from suppliers & to customers.
